In addition to her medical career, Amanda devotes much of her time to volunteer work across several impactful organizations. At Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) in Boston, she serves as a patient transport and discharge volunteer, helping ensure patients feel supported and comfortable during transitions in their care. Amanda is also deeply involved in local advocacy in her hometown of Acton, Massachusetts. She serves on the town’s Commission on Disabilities, working to promote accessibility, education, and support for individuals living with disabilities and their families. Further extending her commitment to service, Amanda volunteers with the American Red Cross as a Blood Donor Ambassador. She supports blood drives across two counties, helping donors feel welcomed and appreciated while ensuring the smooth operation of donation events that are critical to saving lives.
